What is Season Pass?
Season Pass is our FREE rewards program aimed towards helping and rewarding our community and making it a better place! To participate, you can join here. Once joined, you can collect points and claim rewards such as merch discounts, private events, free Scout Central and much more! When you claim a reward, it will be air dropped into your digital wallet. Since this is all taking place on the blockchain, you have the ability to keep your reward, or sell it. Reward points are available for their respective seasons.
How do I join?

To join Season Pass you will need a digital wallet. You can join by clicking here.
To use a digital wallet, start by downloading a wallet such as MetaMask or Coinbase. Very Important*** Never share your seed phrase(12 word secret recovery phrase) with anyone. Write it down multiple times and keep it in a safe place. Do not take a screenshot or picture of it and do not store it on your computer. We will never ask for your seed phrase nor should anyone else, ever! Do not connect your wallet to random, unfamiliar websites.
On mobile:
visit swanhockey.io from your wallet's browser(open your wallet on your mobile device and go to browser in your wallet), click sign in and follow the onscreen instructions.

On desktop:
Option 1: with your wallets extension installed, visit swanhockey.io, click sign in and follow the onscreen instructions.

Option 2: visit swanhockey.io (no extension needed), click sign in, click wallet connect, and scan the qr code with your mobile device. You will then log in through your wallet via your mobile device(wallet must be downloaded from app store). Be sure to keep your wallet open through the verification process.
Step 2: Click on "Season Pass”. Follow the on screen instructions.
*If you prefer to not join Season Pass, you can also purchase rewards from the official marketplace
How are points earned?
You can earn points by doing things such as making purchases on SH360, scanning merch tags on Swan Hockey merch with the Berify mobile or web app and transferring the token to your digital wallet, streaming Swan Hockey podcasts, or attending events!
*SH360 points- in order to get points from your purchase(s), be sure that the email address you use at SH360 checkout matches the email address in your www.swanhockey.io profile linked to your Season Pass wallet. Please note that any items that have a merch tag will need to be scanned to receive the points. Non tagged items will automatically credit points to your Season Pass.

How do I know which reward tokens I can claim?

Once signed in and at the Season Pass page, there will be a claim button under each reward you have unlocked. To claim the reward, simply click "claim".
How do I view my reward tokens?
Sign into www.swanhockey.io . Click the profile icon and select "Inventory".
How do I redeem my tokens?
From your inventory, select the token you wish to redeem. Tokens with blue frames around them indicate an active perk on the token ready for redemption. After selecting the token, click 'redeem perk' and follow the on screen instructions.
Reminder: Redeeming a perk will 'burn' the token essentially destroying it. The token will no longer be able to be sold.
For merch discounts and perks: Before redeeming a merch discount/perk, please be sure that your email address on www.swanhockey.io matches your email address on SH360. After redeeming a 'merch discount' , your discount code will show in your 'Perk History' in your profile on the io site.
Please note: There is a $500 cart maximum when using your merch discounts. Codes will not work for orders exceeding $500. Your order will be cancelled.
How can I sell my rewards?
Rewards may be sold via the official marketplace.
I don’t have enough points for the reward that I want or I don’t want to participate in Season Pass; how can I buy the reward that I want?
You can purchase rewards through the official marketplace.
