What is Performance Pass?

Performance Pass is our FREE rewards BETA program. The more you interact with Swan Hockey, the more you are rewarded. By joining, you can collect points which can be redeemed for rewards which could range from merch discounts, early access to Swan Hockey events(after HSC but before general public), and more! Points earned can be used to claim rewards. Once a reward is claimed, it will then be air dropped into your digital wallet shortly after. Points are good for their respective year.

What makes Performance Pass unique?

Performance Pass utilizes blockchain technology to provide a true rewards system. You own your rewards. You can either keep/redeem them, or sell them to someone else. Some rewards are collectable while others are redeemable.


How do I join?

To participate in our free rewards program, you will need a wallet such as MetaMask or Coinbase. Very Important*** Never share your seed phrase(12 word secret recovery phrase) with anyone. Write it down multiple times and keep it in a safe place. Do not take a screenshot or picture of it and do not store it on your computer. We will never ask for your seed phrase nor should anyone else, ever! Do not connect your wallet to random, unfamiliar websites.


Step 1: Using your desktop browser with wallet extension installed, or your wallet’s mobile browser go to www.swanhockey.io .

Step 2: Click on "Performance Pass”. Follow the on screen instructions. You will be taken to perform.swanhockey.io .

Step 3: Once at perform.swanhockey.io click “join for free” and follow the on screen instructions.



How are points earned?

Points are earned by interacting with Swan Hockey. The more you interact, the more you earn. Interactions could be watching the Swan Hockey Live podcast, buying merch, joining the Onward and Upward Tour, liking an instagram post, etc. If you are an ESO(Ether Skate Owner) your points could be more valuable. Think of this as a point multiplier for being an ESO. We are working on a way to accomplish a multiplier type feature.

How do I get my points from the merch I bought?

Coming soon! *Please note, not all Swan Hockey merch has points attached. You can check for points in the item’s description in the online store.

How do I get my points from the Onward and Upward Tour 2024?

Points will auto populate in your Performance Pass account. Swan Hockey will be backfilling points to all of those who participated in the Tour. You will be contacted with further instruction.


How are points spent?

Points can be spent on various perks. Once a perk is claimed, that perk will be air dropped to your wallet shortly after. Once in your wallet, you can either keep the perk or you may sell it if you wish. Some perks will be redeemable(ex. 15% Off Swan Hockey Merch) as others will be digital collectables. Redeemable perks can be redeemed at www.swanhockey.io .

How do I view my reward tokens?

Step 1: Using your desktop browser with wallet extension installed, or your wallet’s mobile browser go to www.swanhockey.io and sign in.

Step 2: Click your wallet address if on desktop, click the 3 lines icon if on mobile.

Step 3: Click on “profile” if on desktop, click on wallet if on mobile

Step 4: Click on “wallet” if on desktop

How do I redeem my tokens?

Perks can be redeemed at www.swanhockey.io. Connect your wallet and sign in. Go to your profile and select ‘wallet’. Click on the perk you want to redeem and follow the on screen instructions. Keep in mind that you will be “burning” the perk in order to redeem it.


I can sell my rewards? How?

Yes, you may sell your rewards if you wish to do so through the marketplace(TBA).

I don’t have enough points for the reward that I want or I don’t want to participate in the Performance Pass, how can I buy the reward that I want?

You can purchase your reward through the marketplace(TBA).
