Why Swan Hockey?
Eric has served many different roles over the years including heading a scouting department for an NHL affiliated organization. Eric's experiences are an invaluable resource to players and parents pursuing high level hockey.
THE PROGRAMS
Player Placement Program- Swan Hockey has a large network of teams and coaches. It is our goal to use that network to place the player with the least amount of time and money spent by the family during the "tryout/recruitment process", freeing up the time and money to be spent where it should be in the off-season; training. This program is currently available.
Consulting/Advising Program- This program is a year long term. Including the benefit of the "Player Placement Program", the Consulting/Advising program also includes consultation appointments throughout the year to help guide the player and family through their journey. *This program is currently by application subject to acceptance.

Every player in one of the Team Swan programs must maintain an active account on Scout Central and send their 'shareable link' to Swan Hockey. This is the best way to house and send your hockey info. Each player can build their account exactly the way they want it!
Benefits of the Programs
Efficiency of time
The off-season is for taking a break and then training harder than you ever have before. It's not for running around the country going to tryouts. Not all, but many of our clients are placed on teams without them having to go through the summer "tryout camp process".
Efficiency of money
When a player is able to avoid the tryout process, that player can save thousands of dollars. That money can then be put towards summer training and getting better at hockey! It only makes sense. Many players don't realize that they CAN afford those top level development coaches.
Trusted coaches and teams
The Swan Hockey network of coaches and teams provides a level of security to our clients. Don't you want to enter a situation that has good repport and history as oppose to signing and hoping?
The Swan Hockey Difference
The hockey world is full of consultants/advisors. The problem? There's no certification. The fact that Swan Hockey was hired by an NHL affiliated team provides players and families a high level of comfortability.
Bottom Line
When we need assistance, we get it; whether it's an academic advisor, financial advisor, etc. NHL players have someone behind them in the form of an agent. Why would you do anything different?
